Seven Seas Omega-3 contain 1105mg of fish oil concentrate in each capsule, which provides 697mg of Omega-3. This is a rich source of 2 of the most well-known Omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA, with each capsule providing 354mg of EPA and 236mg of DHA.

The DHA Omega-3 fatty acid in this product can help to support normal brain function and vision. DHA and EPA combined can help to support the normal function of your heart.

Dosage: Take one Seven Seas Omega-3 every day with a sip of water or another cold drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose. Read the patient information leaflet carefully before using this product.
